1. Membership Terms

Membership plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Members may freeze or cancel their membership subject to the notice periods described on our Membership page.

2. Equipment Sales

All equipment prices are provided on request and confirmed via written quote. Delivery timelines and installation services vary by product and location.

3. Facility Use

Members and guests must follow posted facility rules and staff instructions at all times. GYM 4241 reserves the right to suspend access for conduct that endangers other members or staff.

4. Assumption of Risk

Physical training carries inherent risk. Members participate in all training activities, classes, and equipment use at their own risk and are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any new program.

5. Limitation of Liability

GYM 4241 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our facility, services, or purchased equipment, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
